Instructions for Individuals to Purchase These Cards
Purchase by sending orders and payment in regular mail: (or send order by PayPal without having to be a PayPal customer -see bottom of page)
1. View all cards available (total of 36) for sale (click on these following links):

2. All cards are three dollars. We encourage that you purchase the package of cards rather than individual cards. (package #MP01, #FP01, #AFP01, and #AMP01)
3. Click on this link Order Form for Writing Orders On_printable_files to print a copy of the ORDERING FORM for you to complete and send in with your payment. Please make sure you print your address clearly and put your phone number and address on the Ordering Form.
4. Send the completed order forms (order forms will be returned with cards) with the payment of three dollars per card or ($20 or $26 per package of cards). Orders (to the same delivery address) under twenty dollars add sixty cents shipping and handling. Orders twenty to forty dollars (to the same delivery address) add one dollar for shipping and handling. Orders over forty dollars add two dollars for shipping and handling.
